Hello! I am interested in doing Venmo-BTC-Bank, how can I do this process?

If this process is possible, would the fees be expensive?

Is it a bad idea to do this due to the state of BTC at the moment?

And, is it sketchy or would flag my bank if say I got $700 deposited? And is it even sketchier if I withdraw/use it instantly?

Am not very good with this stuff, anything would be great, thanks in advace.
