Snipe Hack

There's any way to join peoples lobby to snipe them using their steamid64?
I want to snipe streamers but with dedicated servers it's x10 times harder than before.

I heard multiple streamers talking about a program that allows you to snipe lobbies. you can also join console lobbies according to ussylis. I looked it up everywhere but found nothing. hopefully someone shares it

Does anyone know how can I play survivor and get on my friend's lobby?
