SolvedGrimoire bug (enemy and character disappearing)

This type of bug happens even in different computers, and I don't know what to do. Randomly when I'm farming, my character and the enemies disappear. And when this happens, I keep stuck and it's not possible to do anything if I don't close Grimoire and login again.

I'm using Grimoire 3.8+ (servers patched)
I'm farming Void Auras (non-mem)

afaik its your char. going to a tile of the current map that doesn't exist. or so that's what personal experience makes me think

deactivate hide player and mag monsters
