f my account has been blocked and I want to completely transfer all the fragments and BP to the new DLC, can I do this through the saveinjector replacing the player’s identifier?

You can transfer your progress using SI. But, your DLCs will not be transferred(if your MAIN account got banned/blocked). If your ALT account got banned/blocked, you can still get your DLCs as long as it is not an HWID ban. (That is as far as I know about banning).

If you do the process of transferring your progress, just be careful of placing your ID.
