Argentinian Steam Store Question

Hey, if I had money on my account steam (i had like 1 euro), and changed my region to argentina, should i use gift card (10 euro) now, or before the store region change? Will it change anything?

stack up your account with money using giftcards first and then change the account country. if you change it and then add the money, it will force you to that giftcard currency such as euro, dollar...

It doesn't matter when you use the giftcard. It will still go from euro to AR$

If i use a VPN to change my location to Argentina, change the store region and then buy auric cells. Do i have to wait to turn off the VPN and play with my normal IP or i can switch directly after buying it?

Okay, so after changing steam region you can just gift yourself steamcards without any problems, and the currency will be converted, bought a lot of games already
