How do steam region locks work? Ive been wanting to buy dbd dlc from another region and most likely switch back to US after 14 days pass by. But I heard steam region restricts some games, where can I check what they region restrict?
Or does this only apply to games and NOT dlc?
Also, is it true that no matter what, the games get unlocked after 90 days and will be playable anywhere?
Thanks
