Long term creatives/artists

Hi I am looking to hire creatives that are skilled at making ORIGINAL art!

Process would be mainly:
1) i come up with idea
2) you come up with x amount ideas/theories
3)we decide on one to go forward with
4) i pay you for full rights for the design and offer possible commission based on sales of that piece of artwork

Please feel free to share with your friends irl if you think they are interested as well.
I am looking for quality over quantity, if you are not passionate about art unfortunately I don't think this would work for you.
