virus?

=o some one know i got some virus or something or trojen donwloader or some what i ran a scan morning time it came up with 200+ traces of winhook and winlogoncorn thing and some ass load of crap and this one dip that creats 5 letter .dll named files that fuck you your pc and i deleted them all and reboted now computer still bitching i open a folder explorer it stays then gets close down and in security task manager(i lost my task manager to worms) there are to rundll32 come up after the folder gets closed down automatically can get on most my shit CPU usage gose to 97% then to 30 then up and down and up down.... hmm.. the scanner takes to freaking long... turned it on over night 7+ hours wasn't finish hmmm.. any one got any idea.... might help or better scaner , faster ones....? that are good
