MPGH Embedded Client
Planned features:
[x] Split out dependencies so we can use them in more places on the website.
[x] Add mobile and desktop notifications subscriber functionality

Rewrite planned features:
[ ] Rewrite the chat with better state management and structure that way we can use it on a dedicated desktop and mobile client
[ ] Message users immediately after adding them
[ ] Removing users still allows you to view their conversation with you
