you can't change account level nor playtime hours
but you can change amount of bp, shards (increase only), items, characters' levels and ranks ...

the method itself is undetectable
but if someone reported you manually and devs looked at ur profile, he'll know yu edited ur profile
so if you are new player don't use P3.. if you didn't play the game in 2016 don't use legacy
and in general keep your steam profile private
i know someone edited everything and his account still safe and active after 2 years.
