How do I get a payment method for Codashop?

As the title states, how can I get a payment method for the codashop in Indonesia from the US? I.e without being an Indonesian citizen...

im trying for days to find out a way to buy but they wont accept any shit in their payment methods only indonesian shit..
i tried look at videos/formus no one talk about worldwide shit, ive download every fucking application to my phone
because the method work with smartphones..
its not fair what people doing with this shit...
only feed their asses and dont even care about other people..
im trying for days for reall to decipher this shit..
nobody even willing to 10% help without payment even tho we know 60% of the proccess..

Late update : For anyone still searching for the method, you will need Indonesian phone card for the payment method. There is no other way as far as I know.

you can get a phone number from 5sim and then create an account on gcash (should work with paypal and visa/master cards). Think you need to verify your account during a working day so i've not tried this YET.

Maybe I should create an eBook and sell it, seems like there is tons of people interested in this.
