[AS3] Anyone know how?

Anyone know how to do that (draw poison) like in Tidan Realms?

[talking about assassins] instead of throwing the poison particles it throw's the sprite that is equipped then when it lands the particles activates btw do u know how to make it so poison can cause stunned?
