How do i know if my message was sent or not? And how do i know if a user has blocked private messages?

It’s like you’re trying to contact an ex that doesn’t want to talk to you anymore. 
when someone has blocked messages, you can't send them a message lol

You can request a read receipt before you send it, but after you send it (without selecting that) there's no way to know.
