Nutrition Advice Service
Hello everyone,

I would like to start a nutritional consultation as a service in the future. This is about coaching the client with regard to nutrition, training and cooking.

No matter if you want to lose weight, gain weight or basically want to cook better, healthier or more delicious food - there are no limits.

Of course I can understand that there is a lot of information available on the internet and everybody is able to google it himself. Nevertheless, there are many different areas of nutrition, individual problems and not everyone has the time and desire to deal with or read up on them. Basically every person is unique, with individual goals and different approaches.

However, before I put a lot of work into such a service, I would like to find out if there is any interest at all and if such a forum has interested parties.

What is your opinion?

Depending on prices i may be interested. Sounds interesting.
@ @MisterRave
I might be interested as well if the price is reasonable. Also what is your background if you don't mind me asking?
This would be a great service if ever you decided to start with it.

I would definitely want to do a consultation for almost every criteria that you mentioned but apparently I am broke.

It must be nice to have such a unique service offered for everyone.

Yeah of course, price has to be reasonable. I mean it's not like that I have the magic formula, more like concentrated wide knowledge in this topic.

About my background - good question! I've been cooking for over 13 years now and I pretty much know how to perfectly make "basic" dishes. I won't explain you in detail how to boil water neither do I explain you how to make Beef Wellington. Easy, tasty and clean kitchen with a bit of science to make them better than you would normally do it. I mean you could get spaghetti with ketchup - sure. But why wouldn't you just make a quick tomato sauce yourself with some fresh carrots, onions, celery, a knob of butter and some herbs. I can promise that it won't take longer than your spaghetti with ketchup. However - once you've tasted it once, you don't want to ever go back to ketchup. You can't do anything else beside waiting for the spaghetti to cook anyway - so why wouldn't you use that time.

Regarding nutrition in general - I have been overweight in the past, like a few years ago (happens when you cook tasty stuff) and I managed to be real close to an ABS nowadays. I am not able to explain you every metabolic process in its smallest details but hey - who really wants to know that. If you had the time, you wouldn't be looking for this service. Most people don't care anyways.

However, if you are really interested in anything that you want to have explained in easy words, I can look it up and make it simple. It's a challenge for myself and both of us can learn something that way.

I am 100% confident to guide you through any nutrition topic to reach whatever nutrition goal you have. On top of that, my meals actually taste. If you look at certain diets or bulk plans, I feel like some of them only concentrate on calories or protein intake. Meals gotta taste in order to it for a long time.

I'm sorry that the text got out of hand.. I've tried to put it simple

I'm so glad to hear this! I think nutrition (and even cooking) in general is totally overcomplicated. The only real problem is the vast amount of sources on the internet and every source tells you to do it different. Somebody with missing knowledge is pretty lost in this case. At some point you just gotta know what works (hint: it's not always only one thing) or even mix recipes for the full pleasure.

Anyway, great to hear that another one is interested!
Push - interested in more opinions
I would be interested if the price is on the lower side
Push - interested in more opinions
Would be interested if you start up
Horrible idea, why pay someone to do what you can do with Google. I've never understood some of the services that are being allowed to be offered on MPGH (mental health service, financing service, etc). Literally all these "services" can be done for free with Google. I look at these services just like some of our ebooks, throw a few words in them and put a shitty price tag on them
Nurtition advice service
There are certain elements that can be handy and eye catching to some individuals, I'm planning to start a health blog for dancers and would love to pick your brain on the more basic level but eventually I will have to do my own research, Maybe if interested we can IM each other and go from there?
I know probably over 50 people who paid around $100 for a meal plan so it really depends on your price and your experience.
