Ip puller

Anyone know if there is still anyway to pull ips on the game? i know it was possible back in the day with p2p connection but now that dedicated servers are here, could it still be done? in the user end agreement, it says that dbd stores your ip information so could it be pulled? No i'm not asking to ddos people, just wondering cause i keep running into the same killers, and it would be a great way to see if i get the same plugging nurse killer who keeps putting a coldwind farm offering and waiting for people to bleed out after slugging.
