You can download a empty save file on this forum and use it and edit it as you want, i dont know where is one but you can just use the search bar that exists on this website or someone can link it here.
find attached clean savefile
butthis will remove all items, addons, offering, perks, legacy and prestige
maybe will remove bps too
but will not remove cells, shards, player level nor any cosmetics
