HelpIM Gone?

I was talking to a seller and midway through the process it said i had been disconnected, i refreshed the page and it was gone, never to be seen again. if its down we should get a status or a notification, if its not can I get help getting it back

should be there still. check your firewall to make sure it isnt blocking IM

just keep refreshing the page till it comes back on
