Help❓ Unlinking Very Rare Set Cosmetics

I was wondering if anyone knew how to use the Nea and Kate Very rare sets seperately. I've seen screenshots of people wearing the jacket of the Nea very rare set with different heads and pants and the new Kate Oktoberfest head without the tops and bottoms.

Its a glitch with the nea set, im not sure if there is a new way to do it since the last one got patched.

havent seen anything about the kate one yet.
