IM CHAT MISSING

It was working fine in the morning, then suddenly it disappeared. I tried 5 other browsers, cleared cookies and cache, turned off antivirus and protections. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?

IM servers might've gone down at that time.

If it happens again, check on your phone and see if it's gone there as well.

There's been cases where firewalls will block the connection.

Thank you, I found out my problem. My internet connection interferes with the IM Chat but when I use a vpn the IM chat appears!
