I have messaged this guy for his services and he deleted me on Tele gram and on this forum too. For no reason. Every time I leave a post on his page it gets deleted. Who do I report him too?

Your posts didn't have any proof so it technically went towards the seller's right to have it deleted.

All negative reviews need to have some form of proof provided with it.
