Cryptography Homework

I have 2 Cryptography questions which I need to have completed within a week from now.
Can pay $50 for the work, shouldn't take more than an hour for anyone experienced in the area.
(One question is regarding collision resistance and the other is about a discrete logarithmic signature problem).
