Selling CS:GO items on limited steam account?

Hello,

I've made a new account for CS:GO and while playing i got some items like; Chests, graffiti and weapon skins. I whas playing with a friends who was cheating but he dousn't have a limited account, so because i was limited and can't sell those items, so i traded it with him and ofc it whas on hold for 15 days . After a few days he was VAC banned and i looked at my invetory and i saw that i was able to sell the items i wanted to trade with him.

Stupidly i first logged out and went to my other account to see if it was the same but its wasn't. I logged back on the other account and i wasn't able to sell anymore.
Did someone else noticed this to? And whas i really able to sell them?

I suppose this was a bug, and you wouldn't be able to finalise the sell anyways, since even after you deposit/spend $5 your account cannot use the Community Market immediately afterwards.
