To move the menu, hold control and use the arrow keys. Adjust where you want it. The menu key is HOME. Bolded text hacks are new things. Instructions :
1. Download the .RAR and extract all three files to the desktop.
2. Open up an injector.
3. Go to your desktop and find the Crash's Menu Hack v1.2.dll and open that.
5. Start up Combat Arms.
6. Inject.

If the menu goes away after one game, restart CA and put on Windowed mode before you go into any games. This shouldn't happen since I have it automatically fix this but I'm not sure about other OS's.
