Anyone know where I can get a brand new save file that I can inject, with all level 1 characters, devotion, Etc?

In case u be still needing it I have fresh Steam acc with jus DBD on it for testin purposes newest i got been logged on only twice so far without any profile modification etc...
If you still need i cud dump it for u at some point and send it ur way.

You got to know.
Its literally freshly created Steam account yes? on which i put the code only for DBD base game version so it would not open all purchasable chars from DLC for you there be no cosmetics apart from default one that u getting when u first start the game.
Also Rift Premium would need to be bought as normal to open all possible cosmetics there and then obvo you will have to complete this rift up to 70 yourself.
Remember FullProfile.txt does not hold cosmetics info for ur account ...
only cosmetics it can unlock for you would be prestige and Legacy ones...Simply cuz game sees you or somebody for you put Prestige or legacy completion dates and then automatically adding it to your inventory file (market file) u cannot unlock any other cosmetics this way, so yea.
