NoSmocking problem pls help!!

If i run NoSmocking it Comes up and close in 2 secs I cant press something and then is Right at the bottom a Fprotect button and if i click on it nothing come. pls help now in German:
Wenn ich nosmocking starte kommt es für 2 sec und geht sofort wieder runter und unten rechts sind ja immer die programme und dort ist dann das Fprotect und wenn ich draufdrücke passiert nix pls helfeeeen
