Use the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Open your antivirus
2. Go to advanced options
3. Create an exception and add "birdie.im"
If this solution isn't working for you, it's because your ISP is blocking "birdie.im". Please access your ISP firewall and add an exception for "birdie.im"
