This tutorial is simple. I don't speak English so forgive the mistakes 
[Why Grimoire does not work anymore?]
Because some applications and browsers do not support Flash Player anymore. This is why you get that never ending gray loading window when you start Grimoire. After the deadline of support, they no longer work anymore.
[What should I do then?]
Since Flash applications would no longer be supported after a certain date (which I don't know which one was), we can make Windows open that programs as if we were opening it on a date before the deadline.
[The solution is using the program 'RunAsDate'] (Please mods remove this link if it is not permmited, and sorry, I just want to help)

Download the common program, not for x64, because Grimoire and other launchers are not x64, even if your OS is x64.
Steps After Downloading:
Unzip the file to your bot folder, just because it is easier to find this way.
Click on RunAsDate
1- Click on Browse and Select your Launcher
2- On Date/Time type 01/01/2021 or any other date you wish before the expiration of flash support.
Extra: You can name and create a new shortcut right after 'create desktop shortcut' button, then click on it and it will create a desktop shortcut for you, so you won't need to do the same steps again later.
Done! You can use your bot normally

When you open Grimoire with these steps it appears as if you were disconnected and need to wait 60 seconds. I've been using this method since flash player got outdated and I did not get any ban or any problem besides waiting, I just wait 60 seconds and log in normally (twice to work, like any grimoire). Any thoughts why the 60 seconds?
