Because of how the FUD "clean unlock" works for WaW, you must press unlock all, go in a lobby, get one kill, and repeat for each. Press the unlock all to max the progress again. It DOES unlock all. It's safe unlock not brutal unlock.

so get a kill with each gun to get all attachments?

I think you'd be the first one to release a tool like that if you were to do so because I don't see any account/stats tools floating around for base CoD4 on version 1.7.568. Also, I have a question about the Time Played editor. After playing a few matches and having my Time Played go up normally, when I use the tool to edit Time Played, it simply adds on to that time I accumulated legitimately. For example, if I play 2 hours legitimately and then add 2,000 days played, the new value of the Time Played will be 2,000 days and 2 hours rather than simply 2,000 days and 0 hours. Can you lend some insight as to why that happens?

after ranking myself up, anytime I try to join a multiplayer server, no matter how populated (ie 40 players) I just get put in a lobby with 1 afk spectating player and assume I somehow got soft banned or something. any clue?

Yes I looked into it and I can very easily do the same for that game as well. Already done one for WaW, and Mw3. Cod4 would be even easier for me as the protection on the threads are far less, then what they where for later games.

If you where "soft banned" you would not be allowed to enter multiplayer. CoD takes soft bans the same as normal bans, except they just have an expiration. You might just have gotten bad luck at finding a game or some

Great news. I know there's a lot of weird stuff going on with CoD4 and what people prefer to play on. There's patch 1.7.568 which is considered the last good Steam patch, there's patch 1.8.13620 which not a lot of people play on and they just end up downgrading to 1.7.568, and then there's CoD4X which a ton of people play on which is on version 19.3 at the time of typing this message. All of that is probably reason as to why there isn't any stat editor tool out right now other than EasyAccount for 1.7.568. But even that doesn't allow proper stat editing.

Nothing a simple drop down for what version you're playing on can't fix
