HWID ban or not

I have had my main account banned a while back. Not sure if it was HWID ban as I made a new account to try and see if I can play this free week. I have been playing for 4 hours or more and no shadow ban or anything like that. I am thinking of buying the game again. I did not use a spoofer or etc. Would I be safe? Any tips on this?

if you've only been banned 1 time you should be fine
