if you want they cant find ur IP u need to buy a base but that iligeal in the united sateds in beligium in can buy it buut its really expencive
so u can use evry server u only change ur IP and you go to other server.

But , does this work when ur ip was banned? or is it just for playing in other regions?

I had trouble finding a good IP yesterday, it took me over an hour to find one that was fast enough for gaming..
