My advice would be not to even use bitcoin. Use a privacy coin (I think monero and zcash do that). Don't quote me on that, might have to google to double check.

Yeah, if you are really concerned about your privacy use Monero or Z-Cash. BTC, LTC, ETH, etc can all be somewhat easily tracked.

Even though Bitcoin was branded as giving us privacy, and with how bitcoin transactions are done at a programmatic level, it is easier to backtrack an address to a a single source. At least that is my take on privacy with crypto. I personally am not the best person to answer this question though. I just know from being in crypto for years that bitcoin is no longer the best coin for privacy.

The best way would be to buy bitcoin from trusted users on forums like these.
