MPGH GFX Team Applications
We are currently looking for talented graphic artists, in a wide range of areas, to join the GFX Team. Their primary focus is assisting with all kinds of GFX work that may be needed on the forum. Tasks and deadlines will be given out periodically, failure to meet any of them without prior notice will result in removal. Inactivity or failure to communicate is also grounds for removal.
We are currently ONLY looking for 1-2 applicants familiar with UI/UX and Adobe Xd
So, what is the GFX Team and what do they do?
The GFX Team is here to help multiple different groups on MPGH with their needs, along with completing their own work and tasks. For example, the GFX Team could help with working on MPGH themed wallpapers as a project of their own. In addition, they will be responsible for helping with requests that may come from Administration, News Force, Publicists, and the Development Team. The team will go beyond signatures, and be more involved with Web Design, Graphic Art, Logo Design, Themes, and Layouts. Requests will be given out with well in advance, generous deadlines.
The requirements to be a GFX Team member consist of the following:
- Must be able to manage time well and meet all deadlines.
- At least 200 posts to even be considered.
- Must be an active member and have shown a willingness to contribute to MPGH.
- At least have two months on the site to even be considered.
- Must be proficient with the English language.
- Must not only enforce the rules of the site, but abide by them.
- Must be familiar with Photoshop and other design platforms.
- Must be experienced with various aspects of graphic design.

Anything else you would like to add: I like to believe I'm extremely proficient in creating portraits of dave in paint. I made the premium tag haphazardly and I suppose I can do other somewhat mediocre things in PS... but I believe my skills and creativity in MS paint know no bounds.

Anything else you would like to add:- I recently came back to MPGH, but would love to stick around and contribute to the community and leave a more positive impact this time around~! 💖 My goal would be to up the quality of graphics and design, especially since you guys have big plans to renovate! ^ ㅡ^
- I have experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps, games, websites and logos for various companies. If you need more examples of various assets and deliverables I've made for games and other businesses, let me know - I'd be happy to provide!
- Although you're looking for someone with Adobe XD experience (which I don't have), I'm willing to learn and put in the time to get good at it!

I mostly do commissioned work these days but I do have the knowledge and experience to assist, have been doing graphic work since I was like 16/17. This is my most recent logo.
Anything else you would like to add: I have been a MPGH member for a long time. I haven’t been the best member in the past but I’ve always tried my best to help MPGH. I Used to help out with News Force and have been apart of that team a few times. I’ve matured quite a bit and would love to help MPGH staff with any design work I can provide. I have done UI/UX design before as well. I can’t post any pics as the sites no longer exist and I don’t own the files anymore. I dabble a bit in some animation as well.
