Usually it takes 2-5 days for them to reply when they have sent you a message back you will know because when your logged on the site you should see a little Orange envilope [fail spelling] click this and you should see there message hope this helped press thanks if it did :P 
they dont reply automatically. theyre getting ALOT of reports on hackers using the no smoking hack. just be patient
