Wow. Either open a ticket and wait, or just keep on until it works. Sometimes it won't work or it just takes like 4 months of not logging in if you are using Peanut Labs

that was happening to me but it was when i was opening a hisec case

It's because you used false information for Offers and they have identified it. Your banned from offers

Possibly your too low of a rank you need a certain rank to purchase NX i think.
