RMR Capsules

hey guys, was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about investing/buying into the rmr capsules which are currently going for .20 a piece
should i buy and hold them, or should i open them? or maybe i should or shouldnt do both?

Perhaps, during the final days, purchase the cheapest Holo stickers.
Now you can buy one for 6 cents, and I project further decrease.
Probably, the price would be over 12 cents after some time.

Don't invest right now, I think they'll get even cheaper at some point
