Modded Crosshair

hey im just wondering if any one knows how to mod your in game cross hair? and if so if you could either do that for me or explain how. thanks

I think you could, but thats in the Rez files, which you need some kinda software to open and edit those. . .If you find one please share Thanks

There are programs that put a cross hair over the CF cross hair which then you know right where its hitting .. but yeah.
