M14 EBR
The M14 rifle, formally the United States Rifle, Caliber 7.62 mm, M14, is an American selective fire automatic rifle firing 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester) ammunition. It was the standard issue U.S. rifle from 1959 to 1970.
M14 Mod 0 EBR.
Shorter, more tactical version of the M14, with a retractable stock and multiple rails for more accessories.
Damage: 70, 50 (silenced)
Damage Multipliers: 1.5 (Head), 1.1 (Neck and Chest), 1 (Stomach and Limbs)
Magazine Size: 10 rounds (15 with Extended Mags)
Unlocked at Level 56 (Brigadier General II)
Fire Mode: 1200 RPM max
Ammunition: 7.62x51mm
In multiplayer, the M14 EBR is incorrectly named the M21 EBR, most likely so that players will associate it with the M21 sniper rifle from Call of Duty 4, and not the M14 semi-automatic rifle version of the M14 from Call of Duty 4. It is unlocked at level 56. Due to its low recoil and large magazine, most players will instinctively fire two quick shots even if one will do.

*Silencer (invisible on UAV when shot, BUT it reduces your damage to 50)
*ACOG (you can't hold breath while using it, but you aim faster)
*FMJ (full metal jacket, this is similar to ,,DEEP IMPACT'' from COD4, BUT it doesn't increase your damage)
*Heartbeat sensor (tracks enemies near by)
*Thermal scope (enemies are glowing if they doesn't have Cold-blooded perk)
*Extended Mags. (increases magazine size from 10 to 15)
Recommanded class
Team Deathmatch class.

I would give it a 10/10, because it has almost no recoil, and a petition has just been finished, where almost 45.000 players from all platforms voted all snipers to be 1shot=1kill, this will be patched on 6July when Resurgence pack comes out.
