Request. Default vest to recon?

Hey guys, i was wondering if its possible to make a mod that turns the default vest into recon vest. I usually play Ctf but specs ruin the game with their annoying speed. I also prefer being legit, besides modding. So if you guys could make that, that'd be great.

No its prolly not done because if you do it cross mod style it would only give the model(textures) of vest and not the attributes sorry man. but if someone had enough time to figure out how combat arms works then maybe till then good luck searching google PEACE
