Alot of cheaters with skins?

I am playing on Global and counter alot of cheaters with high tier skins and pretty big accounts.
is this a new anti overwatch meta or something?

I mean, if you get banned, you won't be able to do anything with those skins. Not even sell them or transfer them to another account. From my point of view, you have to be a foolish person if you have a lot of skin and start using cheats. By the way, I haven't played cs for a couple of months. I have a great dilemma. Crazy how people are willing to actually lose real money (and big money at that) when they cheat on CS. But then again, anti-cheat on cs is also flawed. so.
