help with vb6 installation

hey everyone i need to know wats wrong with my vb6 or with my pc lol everytime i try to install it says dat some files are missing! my question is if i need windows xp servicepack2 for it

look for help in site of microsoft or install service pack 2 or install a new windows ;p
