Its fine but star is too simple i mean it doesn't fit you can make better one according to used colors

I like it but I think the colors should be brighter, it looks kind of dull right now. Bump up dat saturation. All of the other teams have pretty bright colorings and it would fit the scene of RL more in my opinion.

I'm two months shy of this, but Ceej kind of nailed the colorations I was going to mention.
As for my personal critique, the logo is fine, though the little Dynasty icon logo (the ball/rose thing) is tilted which is perfectly fine normally, and it does draw the eyes up, the main issue is the large amount of empty space underneath in the broad part of the 'shield.' The lettering (as mentioned previously) needs to be brightened up just a little bit, maybe a shade or two. Maybe invert the curve of the letters to match the top of the shield's curvature so the eyes are drawn to the center.

I like this, but I feel the empty space in the emblem between the team name and the golden star is a bit distracting. Perhaps making the start larger or adding a few more stars of the current size could help.
