Custom Class Modding

I was wondering if anyone knew how to edit the design of the menu's of call of duty 4 or how to import new weapons from the other games and have them selectable in the create-a-class menu without overriding any weapons there?

These questions are to help me with a new personal project of mine, any help is appreciated

I know you can cos I've gotten a MW1 mod that has more than the standard weapons :\
other things I'd like to know(If anyone can answer any of these it would be helpful);
editing perks
editing equipment
Removing maps
Adding maps
Adding bullet drop
Incorporating environment destruction
Editing HUD
And Editing attachments

Yeah i think u can't.

i dont think its possable to import other wepons i guess you need to code them into the game and that would be a F*** load of work

if u could do that..its epic..>.>....
