Insert it in your Pak Folder. The other thing is Fiddler. Just look in the forum you find many market file tutorials

running bypass allows you to see HTTPS traffic between you and game servers

this in turn allows you to use programs like fiddler which lets you swap (autoresponse) your so called market file that should come from server
with your local tampered one...
And thats how you get all chars and cosmetics...

worth to mention is this is temporary and not perma.
Means you have to re do everytime u start the game client.

We need the 5.2.1 update now :/

Still working for 5.2.1

You can load the game it works, but if you start a game i get kickt out. So for me it dont works.
I wait for a new one.
