need help, not sure what to do.
Hi. I am looking for help. I was working with a member to get some help. after two days the service has not yet been performed. Additionally, I can no longer send messages or use the chat function and I am not sure what is happening. Can I please get some help. not sure what to do here. I am rather unfamiliar with this site other than using it once before for similar services. Thanks in advance.

This section is for account-related problems such as login, 2FA, etc. Cannot really assist with IM (Chat) issues. If this issue persists I recommend getting enough posts to send private messages and contact the member you were dealing with. You can also use the marketplace section and its staff if you suspect that the member has broken your agreement.
