[Request] High vest to Stormtrooper (from Star Wars)

Can some1 make it?
Can be it maked?
I think that's possible to make because a guy changed balanced vest to Na-zi uniform.
Character you want to edit: All mans
What part you want edited(arm, leg, full body): Full body High vest.
What you want on it: Stormtrooper
Image/Render/Texture of what you want on it (if needed): None
Other Information (if needed): Stormtrooper is from Star Wars and appears from episode 4 to 6.

just edit Barrons files texture and put it in heavy vegas easy but i have more stuff to do better

The "high vest" is the vest all newbs get in starter pack, i dont remember good the name of it, it name is like high vest.
