Whoever pays 80USD (100.000ZP) just to get his account back is sick or scamming. (Though this can't be a scam, just too lazy too search his account back alone)

Go to support make a Web-Form and wait for an answer, if that doesn't work you got to suit it out yourself we can only say what your able to do.

Or go forums of z8games.

You can always ask it just without rewards (Just slower and less replies, probably that are the issues you faced)
