I agree with you that a majority of the shit sold out here is garbage that will inadvertently shorten your lifespan. With that being said, I trying to avoid processed foods and use stuff that is fresh rather than frozen/brined in a can.

btw I'm Italian so my diet consist of bread and pasta on the everyday basis. Gabagool anybody?
