Hey guys Im using Acid Burnz hack and it is not cooperating so im am curious as to if there was another silet patch?
Sadly Yes, but in just a few hours new hacks came out! They are unpatched and running!

Yes there was another silent update.
It makes sense, since silent patches catches coders off guard, so Combat Arms can be hacker-free for a few hours.
