Limit Avatar Sizes

This shit is ridiculous.

Make the maximum size for an avatar be 300x300, anything over is overkill. Someone with a small resolution will see an avatar be half their screen size.

I don't like avatars taking up 1/(3-4) of my screen size

Get a new monitor + a new graphics card and set for a higher resolution.

I like the 150x150 for non staff positions and the other dimension for the staff dimensions.
Mac users and system browsers can just resize their screen anyways, but instead of the 150x150 I think the size limit should be increased for higher quality / larger gif images under 150x150
