I got 99.99%... but myn was ALOT harder to get, because I was turning CSM1.

I've gotten 99.99% past 3 rank ups.

It's not that uncommon once you get to about CSM3. (With that much EXP needed to rank, you could be 150 away and still have 99.99%)

But 12,999/13,000 is just.... XD
